The Hofstede Model: Comparision bettew Burkina Faso and Colombia

 

When we compare both countries,  we see that are similar in some aspects:

Power distance: Both are poor countries and also have a lot of corruption problems, the wealth is concentrated in a small part of the population and they don´t care about it.

Individualism: It´s easy to explain this because both are multi-active countries so they really like being together.

Masculinity:  Men and women have different roles based on their gender.

Uncertainty Avoidance Index: Historically both countries have experimented the violence, dictatures and bad goberments.

Long term Orientation: I Think I the reason of this is the poverty of both countries, people just care about the near future.

Indulgence: In Burkina Faso people still being super traditional however in Colombia people is more opendmind and also we have foreign influence, in Burkina faso have a pure culture.
