Week 1: Stereotypes and icebearg:

 

Hey, everyone. 

    I want to talk about Burkina Faso which is a country in Africa. I´ll start with stereotypes. I confess that I Imagine these people look like this: 

And I have this idea because I thought that African born people are all aboriginal but when I research, I notice that they actually look like this

Talking about the culture iceberg I choose Food: The typical foods are rice, almonds peanut, potatoes, olives, and okra. Only rich people have animals, most of their food is transgenic and they eat with their hands. however next topic is religion: 60,5% of the people are Muslim, 23,2% are Christian, 15,3 practice traditional religion and only 1% are atheists.
